An employee at a software firm in Middleton, Wisconsin, opens fire on his coworkers before being fatally wounded by police.

Steven Avery, a high-profile miscarriage of justice victim subsequently convicted of murder after his release in 2003, is granted a fresh appeal in Wisconsin.
